Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you cancel your entire order under your legal cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of the standard delivery option you originally paid for. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service will not be refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, JPB Studio will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.
